Terms of Use

Effective 21 October 2026

About these terms

These terms govern access to www.pluid.com, app.pluid.com and Pluid’s article creation services. The service is provided by Interleave Studios PTE LTD, registered at 20A Tanjong Pagar Rd, Singapore 088663 (“Pluid”, “we”, “us”). Contact us at social@pluid.com.

By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use Pluid for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation. A signed order form or separate agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of a conflict. An applicable data processing agreement governs our processing of customer personal data on your behalf.

Our Privacy Policy at https://www.pluid.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or advertising tracking.

Accounts and access

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, managing authorised users and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share access outside the users or seats allowed by your plan, impersonate someone else or use another person’s account without permission. We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership or prevent misuse.

The service

Pluid helps you research, generate and edit articles and related content using AI. Features, usage allowances and supported integrations depend on your plan and the description provided when you subscribe. You are responsible for selecting a plan that meets your needs.

AI outputs can contain factual errors, fabricated or outdated citations, omissions and material similar to other content. Review and verify all outputs, sources, permissions and legal claims before publishing or relying on them. Outputs are not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, originality, copyright protection or any particular business result.

Plans and payments

We offer a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. Enterprise plans are provided under a separate agreement or order form. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Your checkout or order form states the price, currency, billing interval, included usage and applicable taxes. An annual subscription is billed for the annual term unless your order expressly provides a different payment schedule.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same duration unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Keep a valid payment method and accurate billing details on your account.

Your plan states your article allowance and when it resets. Unused article allowances expire at the end of the applicable allowance period and do not roll over. If a technical problem affects article generation, contact social@pluid.com so we can investigate and fix it. We do not charge usage overages or paid add-ons unless you have agreed to the relevant pricing.

If payment fails, we may notify you, retry payment and suspend paid features until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for valid charges already incurred. We may change prices for future subscription periods with advance notice stating the new price and effective date, and an opportunity to cancel before it applies. A price change does not increase the charge for a term you have already paid for.

The Free plan includes one free article with no time limit. To unlock it, you add a payment card to your workspace; the card is not charged unless you choose a paid plan. Any other promotional offer is governed by the conditions shown when you accept it.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal through your workspace’s billing settings in the app or by contacting social@pluid.com before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription term, and you retain access to paid features until then unless the account is suspended or terminated under these terms.

Cancelling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal; it does not turn the current annual commitment into a monthly subscription. Stopping use does not cancel your subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your account or content.

Except where required by law, stated in an offer or agreed by us, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial-period refunds for voluntary cancellation or unused allowances. This does not limit rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services, mandatory withdrawal rights or other non-excludable protections.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory cancellation and refund rights provided by local law. Where immediate service performance or digital content supply requires a separate request, consent or acknowledgment concerning a statutory withdrawal period, we obtain it separately as required; agreeing to these terms alone does not waive that right.

Contact social@pluid.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Plan changes take effect on the date and at the price shown before you confirm the change, including any proration.

Your content and generated articles

You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, source materials, uploads and other content you provide (“Input”). You must have the rights and permissions needed for us to process that Input and for your intended use of it.

As between you and Pluid, you own the articles and other outputs generated for your account (“Output”), to the extent ownership rights exist under applicable law. We assign to you any rights we may have in that Output. You may edit, publish and commercially use it, subject to these terms, applicable law and any third-party rights.

This does not give you ownership of third-party source material, quotations, images, trademarks or other licensed material included in or linked from an Output. Attribution does not itself grant permission. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection, and other users may receive similar or identical outputs.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit and process your Input and Output as needed to provide and secure the service, operate features you request and meet legal obligations. This licence does not transfer ownership to us.

You are responsible for your Input, your editorial decisions and the content you publish. Pluid retains ownership of its software, interface, branding and other service technology. These terms grant you access to that service during the permitted use period, not ownership of our technology.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pluid to break the law, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, disclose information you have no right to use, or create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or abusive material.

Do not use the service for phishing, impersonation, scams, malware, unlawful spam, sexual exploitation or content that facilitates violence or other criminal activity. Do not misrepresent AI output as a verified fact or professional determination when doing so would deceive others or cause harm.

Do not bypass access controls, evade usage limits, exploit security flaws, interfere with the service, access other customers’ information or resell account access without our permission. Do not reverse engineer the service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove or restrict access to content or accounts where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security threat or legal requirement.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, outages and third-party service failures can affect availability. Any specific service-level commitments must be agreed separately in writing.

We may improve or change features. If we discontinue a paid service or materially reduce its core functionality during a prepaid term, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and provide a proportionate refund for the unused affected portion if we cannot provide a substantially equivalent service. Export content you need before your access ends.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unpaid charges, a serious security risk or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to fix a remediable breach. We may act immediately where delay would create harm or violate law.

You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email social@pluid.com. Account data and saved articles are deleted within 30 days of your request, subject to the limited exceptions described in our Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation is governed by the cancellation section above. We do not continue billing for periods after the effective termination of your subscription. Account deletion and retained records are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If we terminate a prepaid service for reasons other than your breach or a legal prohibition, we will refund the unused portion. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, continue to apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms or required by law. We do not guarantee that the service or Output will meet every requirement or be free from errors.

For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service.

These exclusions do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not limit statutory compensation rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a consumer, the business liability exclusions above do not apply to you. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected, and responsibility for loss is determined under applicable consumer law.

Questions and disputes

Contact social@pluid.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.

Other terms and updates

We may update these terms. We will notify account holders in advance of material changes, state when they take effect and allow cancellation before new terms apply to a renewal. We will not retroactively remove accrued rights or change an already paid commitment without an applicable legal basis or your agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, but this does not remove payment obligations already incurred or mandatory statutory rights.

For questions about these terms, billing or cancellation, contact social@pluid.com or write to 20A Tanjong Pagar Rd, Singapore 088663.
